Very pleased with installation. I was a wreck during the process especially witnessing the demolition of my established yard. Buckie’s honesty and sense of humor pulled me through it. He did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done professionally and expeditiously. He walked the yard with me to insure that our sprinkler system was intact and functioning. He replaced the damaged sprinkler heads and even checked and cleaned out ones that were not located in the new drain field. I highly recommend Clinton Septic. Wish I could give ZERO STARS! Contacted this company on April 8 to pump and inspect a septic system at a home we are purchasing. He told me that he would go one day the next week, but he wasn’t sure which day. He said he would contact me when it was done. The next week I hadn’t heard from him by Wednesday, so I reached out for an update. He said “tell your realtor it will be done tomorrow”. Never heard from him, so I called him Friday morning. He did not answer, but immediately texted me “please text me”. I texted right back asking for an update. He did not respond. I texted him an hour later and he ignored that as well. By this point, we were coming to the end of our due diligence period, so I called another company (Belton Septic). They went out the same day and found a completely full septic tank and the lid of the tank was cracked and broke upon removal. Had Clinton Road Septic gone out, as he said he did, he would have emptied the tank and found a broken lid (which would have crum
