I have been with Arnold Service Company for over 15 years. Their technicians are professional and honest. The office staff is awesome. When I call with an issue, they immediately work to find an appointment that is conducive to my work schedule. When the technician arrives, they immediately get to work. They do not dilly dally and waste time that would cost me. I cannot recommend this company any higher. They are someone you can trust with all of your heating and air needs. Called late one afternoon told me be out next day. Called 3 times next day never showed up. Called next morning finally came out. Then took inside unit all apart. Then dented scratched and beat my unit up. Then 3 excuses y they could not fix the unit. Then told me unit was 20 years old. Just replaced inside outside units and duct work after Hurricane Florence. Then still charged me 90 bucks. For diagnosis they couldn't fix . excuses. Thanks for rip off. Service: A/C system maintenance
