Johnnie arrived on time and was very respectful of the property, he was meticulous in his work. He explained everything he was doing the entire time, didn’t seem disturbed I ask questions while he worked. After he completed the inspection he explained to me what he had done and made recommendations on the repairs.

The service technician Anthony was great. He was on time, very professional and thorough. He went through and meticulously checked out our gas fireplace logs components one by one. However, having already paid close to $200 dollars just for the diagnosis of the problem with none of this money being deducted from the estimate of what it would cost to fix it. At this time, the estimate is too much for us to do now. We will keep them in mind in the future though. I can not deduct any stars from them because they did their job.

Day and Night was so easy to work with! The office staff professional and courteous each time I talked to them. My technician, Jaz was on time and extremeley polite, courteous and informative. Showed me pictures of the pipes and the work he did. I wholeheartedly recommend Day & Night to everyone! P. Collins
