People who answer the phone to service you face to face are very professional and caring to get the job done right! Love the tracker to understand when tech will arrive exactly. Please give Robert a "adda boy" recognition he deserves to blush with the praise i give him for getting to the bottom of the problem when others seemed to say just get a new system or add freon, when in reality Robert corrected miss wiring and actually reduced freon on old R-22 when others wanted to add more. Thanks Robert, Jamie & Staff for being responsive to customers needs aand finding right solutions in a very professional manner! May Butler's Hvac service grow in southern eastern NC! You guys arr fantastic to work with and the "Calvary" when others have just left me confused, feeling lied too, frustrated, & no heat. But you guys' Resurrection of my heat pump with new compassador and corrected wiring has given me new faith in HVAC companies to satisfy customers not leaving them hanging. Or for now ordering
