Words can’t express how thankful I am for John and the Blackwell company. Once we called, John was here within’ the hour (on a Sunday at that). He was very helpful, polite, and respectful. John took the time to explain in detail what the issue was and was very knowledgeable in doing so.

Our A/C unit went out at 10 on a Sunday night. I had called 5-6 other places, and only Blackwell returned my phone call within minutes of my voicemail. As a matter of fact, the owner himself called me back. (The others still have not returned my call.) At 8 1/2 months pregnant, I needed the unit repaired immediately. The owner scheduled me for first appointment in the morning, and the technician was here by 8:30 on Monday morning. The technician was timely, thorough, friendly, and professional. I also greatly appreciated that he didn’t force or recommend unnecessary repairs or upsells, which techs across many repair businesses do. He diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the issue, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Their pricing is fair and the quality exceptional.
