James came out within the hour of our 1st call,air conditioner beyond repair. Unfortunately it happened during a really hot time, but James got us a new air conditioner and installed it within 4 days. James and his crew were very professional and installed the unit in timely manner. We are very satisfied with this company.
James was absolutely dynamite!!!! We’re new homeowners & he gave us a lot of good advice & fixed our unit!!! I will absolutely be recommending Down South to everyone. Thank you so much James!!!
His attitude is what lost our business. When asked why we were being charged the price we were being charged he snapped and yes was willing to help us with the payment In the beginning but then said he needed to be paid before he did the job. I was told one thing and my husband the other. Went with a different company and they had no issues walking through the charges with us and also paid a lot less for excellent work and customer service.
