Our heat and air conditioning was not turning on at all, we called and they were at our house right away the next day. They identified the problem, gave us our options, and helped us make an informed decision. We ended up having our whole unit replaced the next Tuesday. A two man crew came to our home at 10:30 in the morning and were finished with the full install by 4pm. Overall, we had a pleasant experience given the situation. We will definitely be using them in the future.
