Plumbing by BFW

The water heater went out so I needed a plumbing company quick. Extremely happy I selected BFW. As a new customer they were out within 2 hours, Desmond found the problem. Unfortunately the part wasn't local so they went to Raleigh to pick one up. George came back completing the install and ensured everything was working. Very professional interaction and answered all my questions. Will call in the future and highly recommend.

I called this company on Saturday 6/17/23 and they were able to schedule me out for the following Tuesday 6/20/23. Desmond was amazing!! He was at my location before the scheduled time and quick. He was so professional and helped me truly understand the issues with my shower and bathroom sink. I was a little nervous because I have hired a lot of people based off google reviews and paid a lot of money for the job to not be completed. However this company has truly been a blessing and I now have at least a plumbing company on speed dial if needed. A 20/10, highly recommend!! Services: Drain cleaning, Faucet repair
