Mr. Maynor called me and told someone will call to schedule an appointment. It has been one week and no one has followed up. I called again and still no call.
They came to our twice and couldn't find the damage I described on the phone. It was obvious if they would have gone to the back of the house and looked up. I really don't understand how they missed it. I think they just didn't want the job.
