Ben Garner is the best and I absolutely recommend B&J Heating and AC Services! I'll tell you the only thing you need to remember about B&J and the owner - Ben Garner. I had a very well known HVAC company come out to diagnose a noise coming from my outside heat pump unit. The well-known-company technician said my compressor was gone because the top of the compressor was 'hot'. His estimate was to either pay $3100 for a new compressor or install a new unit for 6 grand. I called Ben for a second opinion. Ben tested items on the outside of the unit that proved the compressor was good. He opened the top of the unit and found a loose copper wire that was causing my noise. Ben explained why the compressor was hot. Ben also noticed that the other technician did not plug my compressor back in and Ben did that. Ben saved me tons of money and he now has all of my future business!

B&J is where it's at for any HVAC needs. Have used them several times over the past few years and they are always responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Troy was out at my residence today, on a HOT Saturday, addressing an emergency issue we had. He was phenomenal! I'd recommend B&J to anyone in need of any of the services they offer! We had been using a different company for several years, but I called and left 2 voicemail messages over 3 days for them when our A/C went out last week. We never received any response. The owner left the business to his son I think. I guess the son doesn't have any concept of customer service or normal business practices. Done with them. I asked for recommendations and a person I used to work with recommended B & J. I called Monday and by Tuesday morning, they were here. Fixed it in under an hour. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He had some good advice for us that I'll follow and the bill was reasonable. I plan to use B & J for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.
