I am beyond impressed with Ellis. After our AC went out, they sent someone the same day, told us honestly what was wrong, did not try to oversell us on things we did not need and offered a very reasonable price on our new downstairs unit (replacing a 17 year old one - it definitely was time). The kicker? They installed it on the scheduled day, in the heat of August, in the POURING RAIN! We are more than appreciative of your hard work and dedication to great service.
