I am beyond impressed with Ellis. After our AC went out, they sent someone the same day, told us honestly what was wrong, did not try to oversell us on things we did not need and offered a very reasonable price on our new downstairs unit (replacing a 17 year old one - it definitely was time). The kicker? They installed it on the scheduled day, in the heat of August, in the POURING RAIN! We are more than appreciative of your hard work and dedication to great service. My spouse and I needed to replace our split unit to our home and reached out to Mr. Ellis for a quote. The response was quick. We scheduled an appointment right away. Mr. Ellis came to our home on time and was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to our concern and didn't try to sell us anything that we did not need. He was very polite and not pushy in any way. He gave us an honest, straightforward quote on the spot that was clear to understand. My spouse and I looked at two other HVAC contractors, but recognized very quickly that Ellis Heating & Air Conditioning was the way to go. Once we placed an order for the unit, it was scheduled to be installed within a few days. Neal, the technician, was one of the most polite and friendly persons we had every met. I called for a tech to come look at my hvac unit. It has been running extra hard for a few weeks. The tech was at my home within 1 business day and arrived ahead of schedule!!! Brain was great, very knowledgeable, kind and honest. He explained my hvac system in plain English to me and went above and beyond to make sure it is working a bit better. It is an older unit. I would definitely recommend Ellis AC....good people to work with....
