My spouse and I needed to replace our split unit to our home and reached out to Mr. Ellis for a quote. The response was quick. We scheduled an appointment right away. Mr. Ellis came to our home on time and was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to our concern and didn't try to sell us anything that we did not need. He was very polite and not pushy in any way. He gave us an honest, straightforward quote on the spot that was clear to understand. My spouse and I looked at two other HVAC contractors, but recognized very quickly that Ellis Heating & Air Conditioning was the way to go. Once we placed an order for the unit, it was scheduled to be installed within a few days. Neal, the technician, was one of the most polite and friendly persons we had every met.
