Basic Plumbing was very helpful in replacing a bad water heater. I was able to speak to someone right away and was pleased by the quick arrival. Elvis was very knowledgeable and professionals and provided me a quick and detailed estimate. Installation was quick and clean and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Second time using this company. Highly recommended.
Had a quote in writing, but never heard from them. Tried to get a call back at least 3 times and heard nothing. Moved on and cannot recommend them.
