Parker did an amazing job from inspection and quote to showing up and checking behind the workers and everything in between. The day after the roof was completed, Parker and Bob both showed up to meet with us and make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Communication is key and these guys excelled at it PLUS I have a beautiful new roof out of it! Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend! Service: Roof installation
Working with Liberty was virtually painless. Our project manager Brandon Jones did a fantastic job walking us through each step of the process, working directly with our insurance company for payment, and most importantly, ensuring the work was done well and relatively quickly. The new roof looks fantastic. We had some internal ceiling damage and Liberty's contractors took care of that as well, with Brandon coordinating. Brandon was also very responsive throughout, making himself available to answer any of our questions over text or phone. Thanks to this experience I can highly recommend Liberty to anyone looking for roof repair/replacement services. Brandon Jones my project manager is awesome. He walks with me and my wife through out the entire replacement of the shingles of our roof . From getting the claims, explaining all the details with the Insurance claims you to cleaning our front yard and back yard.
