From the initial phone call all the way to the repairman arriving and repairing wind damage on my roof, I was impressed. The employees were always prompt and courteous. Kevin, who performed the repairs, was knowledgable, thorough, and did not try to upsell me on any services. His pricing was very fair and he performed additional minor repairs in addition to the agreed upon repairs to help mitigate any easily avoidable future damage and save another hassle.
