Biggs Heating and Air came out today to repair my HVAC. Technician was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain what another company had erroneously diagnosed. I am so glad I got a second opinion and will switch to Biggs for my future HVAC care. Aaron was the technician. Service: A/C system repair
Caleb was an excellent technician. He came out on a Sunday to look at my heat unit and found the Control Board was fried and needed to be replaced. They ordered one Monday morning and had it installed on Wednesday morning. Reasonable priced too. I will use them again. Service: A/C system repair
Biggs is always high quality and good solid service. The reps are polite and thoughtful. I had a one time service on both units they installed a few years ago, and they did a great job. Very pleased. The girl in the office is always nice polite and responsive. Today Caleb was the service person, he was so professional, so polite and so GOOD at what he does. It was amazing!
