Tim got back to me right away and after arranging a good day/time, showed up right when expected, was friendly and did a thorough job repairing and explaining everything, including additional important information regarding the particular shingle, and its associated history, that was used on my home. Experience couldn't have gone smoother and the new roof looks great. Spoke to a half a dozen companies before hiring LCR to do the job and I definitely made the right decision. Rather than telling me I needed a roof asap, they educated me and provided facts needed to make the decision.The crew arrived on time, just before the sun came up, and they also exceeded my expectations. The team was super efficient in tearing down, replacing the roof, and cleaning all in a few hours. Christian and the team did excellent work. He explained everything in detail and provided great communication throughout the entire process. Job was completed in a single day as promised, and the crew even stayed late on a Fri night to help fix a few screens that fell apart during the work( old, brittle screens, not the team's fault).
