Dilling merged with a long time local company- Climatech. We have used the former for 20* years and have had 4 units replaced in 2 homes plus annual service. Have always been pleased. Unfortunately Many of the former employees have left since the merge. Our tech James has remained and I hope that Dilling realizes just how good, thorough and professional he is. I just want to take a moment to tell Dilling heating and cooling that Marvin Franks is one of THE BEST technicians I’ve ever had come to our home. He was caring, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in a manner I could understand. We have an unruly dog and he was AMAZING with him! My very antisocial doodle ended up warming up to him even! Most people won’t give our baby dog a chance but Marvin did even though I was skeptical he still reassured me that he was okay. Oh and so personable, and down to earth. Honestly felt like an old friend coming over. Dilling, you have got yourself one heck of a asset to your company these days employees like Marvin are hard to come by. Thank you Marvin for coming by and helping me out !
