My son Brian and I came in the other day because he had a leaking tub value. James at the counter was extremely nice and took time to help us pick the right parts to do the job. He was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Ferguson Plumbing. Thanks guys.

I'm not sure what level of customer service or helpfulness is realistic to find from a place like this, but I didn't feel welcome. Family is using the gym membership shower to stay clean, we are at our wits end trying to find this part and I just wanted a helpful voice to help me with some options. I was told to check Piedmont plumbing in Charlotte and although it was difficult to find, what a treat! Piedmont plumbing was friendly and found my part within seconds, even gave me tips when installing it. At Ferguson, I'm certain that a regular Joe like me isn't the main market for a company that supplies licensed plumbers , but the store was empty with 3+ employees and sometimes it doesn't hurt to give the guest some extra TLC. "I don't carry that part...silence...stare...." could better be said as "let me look here for you, that looks like a Sterling...ok yeah we don't have it here...I'm sorry, maybe I can look it up to give you a part number or see if our supplier carries it, if you ca

If you are looking for good customer service or compassion for your fellow man DONT GO HERE! My illiterate grandfather was at their remount rd location on 5/21 looking to replace a part for his well while there he informed the counter man that he was illiterate and needed a little more help. To which the employee treated him poorly and dismissively because of his handicap. My grandfather felt as tho the employee treated him less than a person because of his disability. these people showed no compassion for an elderly old man who just needed a little extra help.
