My HVAC was damaged recently by thunderstorms in the area. I gave GSM a call to have the unit checked out and they had someone out the same day. They confirmed it was damaged beyond repair and quickly started the process to get it replaced. While we waited to get the unit replaced they provided a cooling tower which we were very grateful for. They kept me informed through the entire process. Today, Stephen and team came out to replace the unit. They were on time and were very courteous and professional. Having worked in the field many years ago, I was extremely impressed by the attention to detail, technical knowledge and quality of workmanship of Stephen and his team. They communicated well on the day of the install, demonstrated keen troubleshooting skills, and were both efficient and high-quality in their approach.
