There is not enough praise that our family can give this company. Every-time we have needed them from the initial call to the office staff, to the extremely fast service to get someone out here quick to see if they can quickly fix the issue or if it’s more in depth. We have been using them since we moved into our current house and I know why the previous owners went with them. Every person that has been sent out here has been professional, courteous, on time, and courteous of our time. As the tech said today on a Saturday installing a brand new unit because the lightening storm got ours “I wouldn’t want my family to be without air so I wanted to get yours done”. He was thankful to us for an install on a Saturday. He came out Friday night to check if it could be a quick fix, when he found out it was the unit he told us he would be here first thing in the morning that he had to go get the parts and he was here at 8:30am and we have air. Price quoted was HIGH, but other businesses are higher! The three men that removed and installed new ductwork, replaced coil and placed new vents were on time, worked hard, friendly, polite and I HOPE are valued company employees. They did an excellent job and should be well compensated. Without quality installers and repairmen, you would not have a business. They deserve a RAISE! I will stay with this company. I hope you continue to have quality installers and repairmen, that also have integrity, like these men! TL:DR Great customer service, too high for install and for product, other companies offered more efficient and far superior units at a lower cost. Went to a different company for next day install with a better unit and better price! Had a sales representative come out, was a very nice gentleman. We talked a little bit about similar interests and had a decent time. On the professional aspect didn't go over too much in terms of detailed information, but all that was said was three packages that he recommended to me. Obviously the premium package being the most recommended. Was a bit overpriced for the service, and all that was being done was a AC Unit replacement. Quoted 14.6K. had two other companies come out. One quoted 17.5 but that was with modifications done to the house to accommodate an AC unit to properly cool down the home, their original offer was 12.5 which still stood if I didn't want to request the modifications.
