Had a noise that I was not sure about. Technician was very helpful and was able to explain all the issues with having a twenty four year old manufactured home square duct system. Was able to check duct connections to verify that they are secure and not cooling/heating the crawlspace.Explained various options that they offer to help alleviate some of the noise. I had problems with an American Standard air conditioner. Jeremy with Roland Black heating and air came out and was able to troubleshoot the problem and order the parts. Jeremy was also able to set the system up to run in a “manual” mode while waiting on the parts to come in which was only a few days. System is back up and running like it should. Very professional staff to work with. I had another company come out before Jeremy did, I was told system seemed to be running fine and my duct work was the problem. That was not the case.
