Our sump pump on the well just died after 25 years of faithful pumping. T. Smith sent out his people and they found a crazy set up the original owners had installed. They installed a new pump but the water didn't pump so they tried to instruct is over the phone how to fix it. I finally said this isn't something in our wheelhouse of skills and, at 7pm on a Friday night, the most polite and diligent worker named DJ came out and spent several hours in the dark in our woodsy backyard fixing our problem. I'm a little late posting this review... I reached out to T. Smith Plumbing one day before Thanksgiving. Tony (the owner) returned my call IMMEDIATELY. I explained to him my issue and that I understood if I had to wait for service, due to the holiday. He said, "No. You and your family will not spend Thanksgiving in a hotel.". He provided me a timeframe and boom DYLAN & JOE were pulling up! These two guys are AMAZING, NICE, and RESPECTFUL. They told me step-by-step their plan to fix my burst pipe and made sure that I understood how they planned to fix it. Dylan and Joe were quick yet accurate and clean.
