I reached out to Tony at 7:30am regarding a water heater that was not working. He tried to diagnose it over the phone in order to save me the service call fee, and then did some research on the parts that I may need in order to resolve the issue. The parts would take over a week to arrive so I settled on replacing the 16 year old water heater since the cost was not that much more. Tony and his team arrived late in the afternoon after working me into the schedule, and they did not leave my home until after 8pm. The service they provided was professional and those guys were still friendly even after a 12+ hour day. The water heater was on the 2nd floor of my home in a small closet, and the job was difficult but was done very well. I would recommend Tony to anyone, and will have him back out to repair a leaking shower soon. Service: Water heater installation

Our sump pump on the well just died after 25 years of faithful pumping. T. Smith sent out his people and they found a crazy set up the original owners had installed. They installed a new pump but the water didn't pump so they tried to instruct is over the phone how to fix it. I finally said this isn't something in our wheelhouse of skills and, at 7pm on a Friday night, the most polite and diligent worker named DJ came out and spent several hours in the dark in our woodsy backyard fixing our problem. I highly recommend T. Smith Plumbing and will absolutely do business with them again. Tony and his crew did an excellent job replacing the sewer line at my house. Tony is very responsive to phone calls and texts. I was very impressed that he had a work crew at my house the same day I called with my emergency situation. The crew was very professional and helpful. They were able to assess what needed to be done and do the work the same day. It was a major project.
