Duggins always satisfies us when it comes to maintaining our Heating and A/C system. They installed it 20 years ago and have helped us keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A valve stopped working recently (the day before Thanksgiving!) and they got a technician (Scott) out to us within a couple hours. This is the same review my boyfriend left I'm sharing it from my phone to help make sure someone doesn't make the same mistakes I have. I spent 13000 on a new unit . They ha to come back a second time because they forgot to install panels. When they left the second time nails and screws were left in my driveway one of which I ran over and was stuck in my tire. Insulation was also left inside my ducts and are Is partially clogging my living room Vents. Screws were also left near the panels they replaced leading me to believe it to believe they forgot forgot to put them in. On top of all this they left a mess everywhere. They didn't even bring their own water I had to supply for them which I didn't mind I just feel that it's unprofessional especially after no especially after this part of a job was done. I'm really disappointed after seeing all these high reviews I reviews I went into this trusting them and having a lot of faith only to be let down. Hiring them Actually cost me
