We've used this company for about 20 years, and they've always been great. Last night about 8 PM our AC stopped working. We called and left a message, and since it was after business hours we didn't expect a call back until this morning, but they called back right away last night just to let us know they got the message! Then even though we needed service on such short notice, they got a service guy out here before 10 AM this morning. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and he got us fixed up quickly (bad fan motor). We're very happy with Duggins!

My air conditioner at home stopped working. The blower worked but the air wasn’t cool. I called ARS of Durham, NC yesterday, 7/19/22 and they sent a technician named Richard Cooper within a few hours. The technician spent about 15 minutes with a flashlight and came back and told me I needed a new air-conditioning system because my compressor was dead. He then arranged for another technician, Adante Provenzano, to come out and give me an estimate within the hour. Adante looked at my system, saw the same thing that Richard saw, which was my oil furnace, and said they wouldn’t touch it. Furthermore, he said I likely needed a new heating system and ductwork along with the air conditioning system, but they wouldn’t do any of it. He said they don’t touch anything with oil furnace involvement. Today my oil company gave me a lead on another HVAC company so I called them. Josh Holden from Duggins Mechanical HVAC came out today, and within 30 minutes he came inside and told me to shut my window
