Duke Energy deals with Kemco regarding ac unit repairs. I was told by Duke Energy that it would probably take 1-2 days before they contacted me to schedule an appointment. However, they responded and scheduled an appointment the same day I contacted Duke Energy. On another note, this technician wasn’t as friendly as other people stated in their reviews. However, he told me the problem with my ac unit and that I’ll eventually need to replace it since it’s an older unit and parts can no longer be ordered for it! Anyways, thank you to the woman who scheduled my appointment today. She was very polite and friendly!
The team at kemco is wonderful! Tommy the electrical service manager is a strong team leader with great customer service skills. We will certainly be using them again! Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
