Excellent 5-STARS all the way. We have had Thorntons Heating and Air since we move to Mebane in 2017. They have never let us down. Jake and Tyler created a work of art, and everything is running perfect. Thank you all, Jim Thornton and Morgan as well.

From the time I requested a quote from Thornton's until the system was installed & I learned to program my thermostat....I have had quality service. The quote was done within 2 days of my call. The system installed about 4 days after I accepted the very reasonable quote. Brittany, the receptionist was awesome to talk with and answer my questions before & after installation. I have had my system a little over two weeks now & my home never felt more comfortable. I would highly recommend them for heating & a/c needs.
