Honest and dependable, as we needed their expert services on a roof evaluation and estimate for any repair work. Not only did they work us in, but did a complete inspection to satisfy our concerns. What we were thinking would have cost a pretty penny. They could have easily convinced us that it was a major issue and went for the 'money grab', but instead suggested that it be handled when the roof replacement became necessary. It took several weeks (my fault) to put my roof replacement together but Blaine worked with me to make if happen. The process was seamless and so easy I (almost) felt guilty about it. 5 Star is extremely professional and GREAT at communicating with you. There are never any surprises along the way.
