SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP!!! The WORST I have ever seen. Very AMATEUR!!! Please BEWARE! The crew wont take ownership of doing bad work. They just make up the silliest excuses. The owner, Ed Regensburg, is a VERY NASTY man to deal with. Make note that his other companies, Property Administrators and We Rent Today, are under the same roof. Look up reviews for those companies too and you will see just how much of a BAD SEED you are dealing with.
Scheduled an appointment to have drywall repair. Technician never showed up and when I called to find out what was going on, receptionist(who I originally scheduled appointment with), told me I wasn't in the calender and she didn't know what happened. Her only suggestion to accommodate us was to reschedule 2 weeks from now. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and day!
Alert Construction installed a new Vapor barrier and replaced fallen and tattered insulation in my crawl space. They finished the work in 2 days and done the job well. I would use them again if I need additional repairs. Service: Home repairs
