A+ Express Drain Cleaning & Plumbing

F+ for A+ Express. Failed to clear drain using broken blade for 2 hours but charged me $300.00. Was rude and unprofessional. Next day it took Able Drain 15 minutes to open the line. Why the F+? Not only did they fail to open the clog, Doug the owner of A+ Express used a racial slur when referring to owner of Able Drain when I informed him how quickly Able Drain cleared the clog. These guys are lifesavers. My toilet backed up, of all times, on a Saturday afternoon. It's hard enough to get a plumber out when you really need one and even harder on weekends since many do not work Saturdays and Sundays and the ones that do are booked. The companies that were available wanted 50 prices to come out and unclog my toilet. I finally got a hold of A+ Express Drain Cleaning and Plumbing and talked with the owner, Doug Swaney. He was very nice and had someone out within the hour. The best part is this company charges about half of what other plumbers charge for weekend service. Had a clogged sink drain with water everywhere on a Saturday night. They were able to get someone out faster than I expected and he got the problem fixed quickly - AND at a fair price.
