Called on a Sunday evening about my unit not working. Gary arrived the following morning on a holiday and repaired my unit in less than an hour. I recived text messages before his arrival and he was prompt. Will be calling them for all my future needs.
Repair solutions was very professional, quick, and reasonable. My coil had a bad leak in it, so I asked a guy to come out. I was told by that guy that the part did not exist anymore and that I would have to replace the entire unit. Gary came out and had it fixed with 4 hours and was cheaper than 3 other companies I had contacted once I knew it was the coil that needed to be replaced. Highly recommended!!!
Great service and very efficient! Kind and very nice, also helped me understand what the issue was. Definitely will call again if we have more issues! Will refer to friends and family!
