I was beyond stressed with my smoke alarm constantly beeping all hours of the day and night. Aurora dispatched Jeronimo and he was so helpful and fixed my electrical problem...even though he usually takes care of plumbing problems. Then he even offered to help with any plumbing issues. He went above and beyond! He also shared all of the services Aurora offers and I will absolutely, positively use Aurora again! Thanks Jeronimo!

I called them for my Dad because he needed a plumber urgently, they came out the next morning, figured out the problem and wrote him up an estimate, ordered the parts and had it all repaired within a couple of days. I loved their upfront pricing and the plumbers were very friendly, personable and ready to answer all of our questions. We will definitely call them if we ever need them again.

My regular plumber said he couldn’t get here for at least three weeks. I had to get my issue resolved sooner so I called Aurora. What a nice receptionist!!!
