We had great service from this company. They scheduled appointments and then sent texts and emails with a picture and name of who was coming and the time frame. When they did the work they worked hard and cleaned up everything. They did a great job.

DO NOT use this company for your service needs, they over charge for the services they do provide. For the simplest of plumbing repairs they charged more than triple the estimates of other companies contacted. I did use them, for reasons where I had limited options, but the explanations given for the pricing of this job were not understandable.They did not or would not give us a breakdown of the services provided or cost per hour or cost of parts, nothing. "We charge a flat fee and don't give breakdowns". When contacted management talked in circles "...Our values come from a deep and powerful source" "We put our faith into our work." I reached out to several electrical contractors to install an electric vehicle charger in my garage. Aurora Pro Services' quote came in at over 4x the amount of the contractor we'll end up using. The contractor we're using is licensed, bonded, and insured and is well established and trusted in the community. The egregious price discrepancy can only mean that Aurora was trying to take advantage of us. Perhaps more important than the outrageous quote is the fact that my wife said she felt very uncomfortable around the techs that were sent out. She said they spent more time talking about household service contracts than they did about they job they were there to do. When they gave her the quote, they told her that they needed an answer immediately and would not allow her a minute to give me a call to consult.
