We grandfathered into this company's service when we purchased this home and had no issues renewing the annual contract. The fees are extremely reasonable and come along with added discounts. Their customer service team is efficient, friendly and accommodating. The service technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. We have absolutely no complaints. Joey was our technician and as always we are very happy with his friendliness and professionalism. He arrived promptly, which is very important to me, and quickly got to work performing the yearly AC maintenance on the unit at my house as well as the one at my mom's house next door. I have been band-aid my HVAC for about 2 to three years. I had previously had a service agreement with AIR Treatment. I was going to band-aid my leaking system again this summer, but due to my experience with AIR Treatment, they were able to assist me with financing a new outside unit and inside unit. They were very professional, polite, friendly and stayed right with the installation with breaks til it was completed. I had some questions about my new system, on Thursday night while we had a terrible storm......They called me on Friday and let me know when they would be arriving. My experience with them has been great! I'd definitely recommend them for any current/future needs that you have. I am happy about the warranty that they slso will provide, should the need arise!!!
