Ronnie sent a photo text ahead of arrival and called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and professional and able to deal with my two dogs. I have been band-aid my HVAC for about 2 to three years. I had previously had a service agreement with AIR Treatment. I was going to band-aid my leaking system again this summer, but due to my experience with AIR Treatment, they were able to assist me with financing a new outside unit and inside unit. They were very professional, polite, friendly and stayed right with the installation with breaks til it was completed. I had some questions about my new system, on Thursday night while we had a terrible storm......They called me on Friday and let me know when they would be arriving. My experience with them has been great! I'd definitely recommend them for any current/future needs that you have. I am happy about the warranty that they slso will provide, should the need arise!!!
