Ronnie sent a photo text ahead of arrival and called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and professional and able to deal with my two dogs. He was thorough with checking on the outside and inside units. So happy to have purchased the preventative maintenance agreement. I highly recommend this company. Service: A/C preventive maintenance

I have been band-aid my HVAC for about 2 to three years. I had previously had a service agreement with AIR Treatment. I was going to band-aid my leaking system again this summer, but due to my experience with AIR Treatment, they were able to assist me with financing a new outside unit and inside unit. They were very professional, polite, friendly and stayed right with the installation with breaks til it was completed. I had some questions about my new system, on Thursday night while we had a terrible storm......They called me on Friday and let me know when they would be arriving. My experience with them has been great! I'd definitely recommend them for any current/future needs that you have. I am happy about the warranty that they slso will provide, should the need arise!!!
