I have been band-aid my HVAC for about 2 to three years. I had previously had a service agreement with AIR Treatment. I was going to band-aid my leaking system again this summer, but due to my experience with AIR Treatment, they were able to assist me with financing a new outside unit and inside unit. They were very professional, polite, friendly and stayed right with the installation with breaks til it was completed. I had some questions about my new system, on Thursday night while we had a terrible storm......They called me on Friday and let me know when they would be arriving. My experience with them has been great! I'd definitely recommend them for any current/future needs that you have. I am happy about the warranty that they slso will provide, should the need arise!!! I have been using Air Treatment for the last 10 years I have their Service Agreement on my HVAC and they have kept my system running with no issues. The last technician that came out, Ronnie Wright was A+ he was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and neat. I will be asking for him again next service. I highly recommend Air Treatment. My technician Ridge Stanley had a cancellation and called to see if I wanted to move my appointment up, which I did. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the issues I was having and was able to fix them and as well as ordering parts for future repairs. I would highly recommend Air Treatment.
