Beane Roofing

I ended up hiring Scott and his company based on these reviews so I feel I should share my experience so that to prevent someone else from my frustration and lost money. I had a leak at my rental property in High Point I hired Beane Roofing to repair; based on the google reviews, my reassuring conversations with Scott and his knowledge of the problem and his reasonable price. After signing the estimate it took a few phones calls and about month to finally get the repair scheduled but was relieved once it was completed. Then 2 to 3 months later the tenants reported the same area is leaking and now is starting to having growth. After a week and a few attempts I finally contacted Scott and he said he would head out there to see what's going on. My tenants then notified me that a week had gone by and no one had come by and it has been 2 more weeks of many emails and phone calls and now I am being ignored all together. Buyer beware!!! This man never came back to do the rest of the work now matter how many times my folks called him. He left nails and garbage all over the place. They have two spots that are leaking from the part he did do. Not trustworthy or reliable. Ended up reporting him to the BBB

I watched how he did my neighbors house. It took forever and he had aeveral different guys out there and constantly left messes. I wouldn't recommend. If an outsider notices the roof is bad that saya enough
