Tim repaired our outside wall after being hit by a car. This caused structural damage from ground to roof. His crew repaired it and can't even tell it was damaged to begin with. Would recommend to anyone and will call for future jobs!

It's unfortunate that things have escalated to the point that I now must leave a negative review. The short: Tim Moss refuses to return a (significant) deposit for work that was never started. The long: We signed with Tim Moss in mid-March to perform a series of projects. A deposit was paid and we were told Crystal would be in contact to schedule the work. 2 weeks pass and I'm the one to reach out to Crystal (all documented in email). Me (March 28th): Hi Crystal, I don’t think we discussed scheduling when Tim was here. Do you have a sense of when this work will kick off? Crystal (March 28th): Hi, Jeremiah. I’ll speak to Tim about this and get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you. Weeks pass Me (April 18th): Hi Crystal, Are there any parts of the 3 projects we can start on while waiting for the permits? Perhaps the garage? Crystal (April 18th): Hi, Jeremiah. If I could I would give them more than a 5 star rating. Tim Moss & Son's Home Improvement team is ethical, knowledgeable and professional. Best benefit with Tim Moss and Son's is they do most all the work themselves without having to sub contract. Without a doubt give Tim Moss and Son's a call should you need any home renovation.
