TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation. I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the responsiveness and service we received from Josh and his assistant. They were prompt, professional, and they were able to find and diagnose our problem quickly and thoroughly. Josh told us exactly what our issue was and different options and price levels of what they could do to remedy the problem so we could make the best decision to fix it based on our budget. I was shocked at how much I was charged for the little bit of work that was done. This company is taking advantage of hard working people and is way over priced!!
