The Plumbing & Air Service Co.

Will not be using these services again. It cost $350 just to come check out our home and that’s without fixing a thing. ( I was told on the phone there was a 49$ special- Don’t be fooled this is only the dispatch fee) We were then told we needed $20,000+ in repairs. Most were clearly overpriced, $2500 for 2 new shower valves? $7,200 to drain repipe for “ peace of mind” ? - No thank you Im not stupid. They did not break down cost vs labor in their invoice. I truly feel that they threw many unnecessary things at us and because we are new home owners had expressed that we are inexperienced with this sort of thing, thought that we would just tell him to go ahead and do it. I don’t do business with people like that so we will be taking our business elsewhere. Giving 2 stars only because they arrived very quickly and our plumber was polite.

From the first time I called in to inquire about the plumbing and air services, to the last technician that left the house, they were ALL kind, friendly, professional, respectful, attentive, dedicated/committed, etc. Their finished work are very organized. The plumbing crew finished early because I had a big crawlspace for their technicians to move around. The HVAC crew dedicated their valuable time to stay a little later to finished the job. These are some very hard working folks! I feel safe with them in and around my house. I mean they were beyond great. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I am glad I went with Plumbing and Air Co. I will continue using them in the future and would recommend others to use them if quality is what people want. As a bonus, they were considerate of my $$$ and offered me products/services that was right for me. I ended up getting the best of the best. TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation. I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
