I can't say enough positive remarks about Tim and Carolina Home Specialists. From start to finish, Tim was so knowledgeable. My HOA denied my request to replace my siding with Vinyl siding. Tim talked to my community manager for me and he even came to the Appeal meeting with me. My HOA approved my request and I truly believe Tim helped their decision. I had my siding, windows and gutters replaced. My house looks amazing and it only took his team a week and a half to complete. Services: Window installation, Gutter installation

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I had a leak in my roof and as soon as I called they scheduled an appointment and had someone at my house the next day. The estimator, his name was Brad, was very thorough and professional. He identified the leak and also mentioned that my gutters needed some attention as they were not adequate for the pitch of my roof and were not cleaned. With in 24 hours my roof was repaired and by the end of this week I had new gutters and gutter guards. Thanks Brad and Carolina Home Specialists!!
