Chris and his crew did an excellent job with extensive repair to a whole exterior wall which had much water damage from a faulty roof and gutter. The framing of the wall had mostly rotted. They removed all of the siding, restored the framing of the wall and around two windows, repaired the gutter, installed gutter guards, replaced the siding and repainted the wall. Their work was very thorough and high quality. It was done very timely with very little disruption. The price was reasonable and very close to the original estimate even with the surprise rot underneath the siding. Chris communicated very well during the whole process and kept us updated as needed. Davila Construction has provided excellent service through the entire process of getting my roof replaced through my insurance company. They called and got an entire replacement approved along with the shed roof which I hadn't even thought to include in my claim. They called my insurance regularly and helped so much. After 8 months of dealing with insurance, I finally got payment and Davila scheduled my roof replacement within only a few days. They arrived early on the day of the replacement and completed the job in exactly the time they said they would. The roof looks perfect and they put in extra effort to keep the entire site clean. Davila Construction always followed through on their word, provided support through the claim process, and went above and beyond during the replacement when they found some unexpected additional damage.
