Ray arrived promptly for my appointment to give me estimates for new toilets in my 1985 home. I decided to replace a bathroom sink and fixture as well. Even though it was 3pm Ray was able to arrange for a co worker to bring the items to my house. Ray has worked non-stop to replace to toilets and sink with high quality items that I would not find in the big box stores. I am very happy with my service with Master Plumbers. Exercise caution when dealing with this company as their practices can be quite deceptive. Upon requesting their service, a technician arrived and inquired about the issue. In response to my mention of a possible leak, the technician promptly quoted a price of $400+ just to identify the issue. Interestingly, this assessment was made without conducting any actual inspection. The entire process could have been completed over the phone. Initially, when scheduling the appointment over the phone, we were informed of a $80 visitation fee, which we assumed would encompass a certain level of inspection. Contrary to our expectations, the technician arrived and insisted that we pay $80 plus tax merely for his travel to our location. Surprisingly, he emphasized that the fee was warranted due to an alleged one-hour drive to our premises. The situation left us baffled, given that the company's communication led us to believe the visitation fee would include some form of assessment. Unfortunately, w
