We are so glad we called Roto Rooter for our plumbing needs. We found ourselves in an unfortunate scenario with water overflowing into our home from a backed up pipe just weeks after purchasing our first house. Within the hour after calling, Jesus and Melvin came and assessed the damage and what was needed for a full repair. They worked with our insurance which gave us peace of mind. Bryant and Josh got to work with the water mitigation and clean up and everyone who came from Roto Rooter was extremely professional and clearly explained the solutions we needed. They put our minds at ease in the midst of a hectic situation. We can’t recommend these guys enough!

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work.
