Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Saw kittens fall into storm drain and only people who would even consider helping was roto rooter. Carrie and tech Scott were very helpful and got the kittens out. The mother cat was very thankful to Scott. Can’t thank them enough for coming out on there own time and doing this at no cost thank you again.

Brandon was great! Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable! Made sure he did all he could do to address the backup issue. Cleaned and sanitized everything when he was done. Pricey, but it's not a cheap type of service call and you get what you pay for. Roto-Rooter has some great employees working for them!

Just a FYI they send out a Water Mitigation Technician prior to the plumber getting to you. The Water Mitigation Technician will have you file an insurance claim saying they found water in the subfloor & walls & that they will need to gut the bathroom, cut the walls. This process totally scared me & threw me off as the tool they use picks up any water. You could’ve just washed your hands & got water on the floor & it will read as water damage. However, the plumber, Brandon they sent me was awesome! He was professional, courteous, easy to work with & fast! He was able to unstop my toilet & because of him I would recommend this company. I wish I could give a separate review for the Water Mitigation Tech, but unfortunately, they’re all one company. Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing
