Ted and Garrett were very proficient and methodical with their research regarding a water leak in our bay window roof. They provided a detailed analysis of the their findings and explained the rationale behind their recommendations. They were personable yet professional in all their interactions. Most importantly, they demonstrated a sense of urgency to identify and resolve the issue which was highly desirable from my perspective.
