Woke up to find our water heater had a major leak. Called every plumber in our area and NMP was the only one to commit to having a crew and the parts to install the tank the same day over the phone. I spoke to Robbie on the phone and he was the nicest guy in the word. They sent two technicians (Ken is the only name I caught) and both were very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job removing our old tank, installing a new one and a new pressure reducing valve. Pricing was very reasonable. THIS, is the kind of service you hope for when you have an emergency plumbing issue. I will forever be using them for any plumbing needs and recommending them to anyone I know. Our 19 year old tankless water heater was on its last legs, so i called North Meck and asked them to take a look at my system. They were there the next day, quoted me the next morning on a replacement system, had their guys at my house THAT day, and the crew came on Saturday to finish up. Their guys were very professional, courteous, and communicative. And my new Rinnai system is working flawlessly. I’m very satisfied with North Meck, and would highly recommend them.
