From day one when we met Luis and then John and David, the entire process was easy and effortless (on our part). It was also great to meet the owner, David, who is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The entire team made the whole process, including working with our insurance company, quick and stress free. Our new roof was installed in 1 day (wow!) and is beautiful. We were also very impressed with the attention given to making sure our shrubs, flower beds, deck items, etc. were covered to ensure no damage. In addition, the care in which the team cleaned up after the fact is second to none. We have kids and dogs but we have no worries about anything like nails being left behind. Lastly, I was impressed that Laura checked in regularly, to include the day of the install, to ensure things were going well and she even stopped by the day after to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Wide Meadow did just an outstanding job in replacing our roof. They handled the matter from the initiation of the claim until we finished. They left the jobsite completely clean. They returned all my calls, kept me informed and started when they said they would start. David and Chris were terrific. I cannot recommend them any stronger. They have a great company, don’t talk down to the homeowner and Care. it was entirely stress free and actually a very pleasant experience.
