My wife and I were lucky enough to have Lance replace our ductwork and air conditioner which both were past their use by dates. My wife has not sneezed or suffered allergy type symptoms since the installation. Lance was by far the cheapest quote and his team were always friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. As it is his own company he has to stand behind his team and work and it shows. I would recommend Lance to anyone.

Great experiences with Lance/Polar Air. First was semi-annual maintenance. Lance was thorough, straight-forward, and communicated clearly. Next was the replacement of a mini-split unit that was more than 10 years old. Lance gave us different options and ensured that the unit we selected would be eligible for the Inflation Reduction Act tax credit. Great experiences/highly recommend!
