Great experiences with Lance/Polar Air. First was semi-annual maintenance. Lance was thorough, straight-forward, and communicated clearly. Next was the replacement of a mini-split unit that was more than 10 years old. Lance gave us different options and ensured that the unit we selected would be eligible for the Inflation Reduction Act tax credit. Great experiences/highly recommend!
We will always use Polar Air for all of our HVAC needs. Lance has fixed our system on a couple of occasions. He is always responsive, fair on price, and does great work. 10/10!!! Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance
Our air conditioner stopped working, and we did not know how to call. We called every company in town, we are glad we came across Polar Air, prices are fair and Lance was amazing, he's friendly and did an amazing job. We will definitely call him again!
