Chris Taylor was absolutely amazing. I’m a manager myself and I consistently look for infectious positivity. Chris Taylor has it, he moved really fast. He wasn’t like most people that seems to be moving like a snail when they are working around your house. He was amazing and if he represents this company dinomite heating is good with me. I will be checking to see who the contractor is for my entertainment company I just started leading!
Chris was very knowledge about our unit and gave us different options to choose from for the repair. He talked about the pros and cons of each one without adding any pressure to 'upsell'.
