Brian was excellent, Our A/C wasn’t working I saw some of the other team members doing an install 5 doors down on Patsy and took the chance to ask. Adam was the young man who responded and said if you call the office we can probably get you in. I appreciate him taking the time and trying to help me. This was 4:30 pm today. I was shocked they said they would have someone out today. They would also call 30 mins beforehand. I was impressed! Brian came about 6 pm - we got the call saying he was on the way. Very courteous and knowledgeable. It was the capacitor like I thought and fixed quickly. We signed up for their 3 year maintenance plan and WOW only 300.00 plus tax. Great deal Fantastic Service! Adam and his crew did a truly professional job installing our new water softener NUVO H2O system. He knows his business and is very thorough and courteous and very respectful. Great job Adam

Brian was direct and clear in his description of the issue and work needed. He showed tremendous concern and focus over how he maneuvered through the ceiling openings, being careful not to damage anything. At the end of the work he explained what he did and made recommendations for future work without giving me a “hard sell.” Excellent job!!
