Brian was excellent, Our A/C wasn’t working I saw some of the other team members doing an install 5 doors down on Patsy and took the chance to ask. Adam was the young man who responded and said if you call the office we can probably get you in. I appreciate him taking the time and trying to help me. This was 4:30 pm today. I was shocked they said they would have someone out today. They would also call 30 mins beforehand. I was impressed! Brian came about 6 pm - we got the call saying he was on the way. Very courteous and knowledgeable. It was the capacitor like I thought and fixed quickly. We signed up for their 3 year maintenance plan and WOW only 300.00 plus tax. Great deal Fantastic Service! Timmy and his partner came to assess the issue I had with the water softener. They thought of a couple things that could be wrong. After they tested their first hypothesis, the issue was resolved. They waited and tested to make sure that the problem was fixed. They were professional, respectful, and curious while at my home. Service: Water tank installation

Allan was courteous, informative & thorough. I did not feel he 'over sold' me but did a fair estimate. This company has worked for me before on smaller issues so I called them on this larger project. Very trustworthy. Damien was great to work with. He kept me informed & cleaned at days end. He is also very personable.
