I’m interested in getting a new register in a closed porch. I call Carolina Air and they sent someone out the next day. No charge for the visit now just waiting for the estimate. Very prompt and courteous personnel. Looking forward to reviewing them after the service is completed. Update: Once my plans came together I was able to call Carolina Air and get scheduled quickly. They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project. The workers were pleasant and left our home clean. The only evidence they were there was the new registers. The temperature change was immediately noticeable and enjoyable. I won’t hesitate to use this company for my future HVAC needs.

Today was my first experience using Carolina Air Conditioning Company’s home services, in the middle of this North Carolina heat wave! One call and a Customer Service representative (Brenda) was able to set my appointment up for the very next day. My Diagnostic Technician (Willie Beale) was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional, and able to diagnose the issues quickly, and expedite needed repairs.
