We had an AC failure during record-breaking heat. Aaron was sent out quickly to investigate. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. He found the issue and quickly made the repairs. I especially appreciated the way he was happy to walk me through his process, explain the diagnostic results and provide me with clear options. Nice work!

We've had several plumbing issues over the past few months and Thermo Direct has been incredible. Quan has become a trusted advisor for us. He is always professional and responsive, giving us honest options for how to solve issues in the most economical way.

At this point I've only had an estimate. The guy who came out talked mostly about prices, capabilities, warranties, and features. He was EARLY, glad to answer questions and gave quotes for all 3 of the setups I was interested in. Did not have salesman vibes at all. Explained clearly why the system I was originally interested in would be expensive and a bad fit for my particular house (it's not always easy to tell a customer no, and I greatly appreciate this). Overall very pleased with this experience.
