The sales representative, Dave, did an excellent job. In that he took the time to explain everything, was professional and answered all of my questions. In regards to the installation team, Thomas and David, were awesome. They worked non-stop for twelve hours straight to get everything done. It’s only because there was a complete installation and new wire that had to be run, which is why it took so long. They knew what they were doing, were experienced, and professional. I can’t stress enough how everyone I dealt with for Thermo Direct was professional. At this point I've only had an estimate. The guy who came out talked mostly about prices, capabilities, warranties, and features. He was EARLY, glad to answer questions and gave quotes for all 3 of the setups I was interested in. Did not have salesman vibes at all. Explained clearly why the system I was originally interested in would be expensive and a bad fit for my particular house (it's not always easy to tell a customer no, and I greatly appreciate this). Overall very pleased with this experience.

Thermo Direct is awesome. Their employees are very professional and knowleagble about their individual duties and will go the extra mile to ensure you get what you need. Beginning with my first encounter with the company, from scheduling my 1st appointment to service technician, sales representative to the installation of my new system, I could not have chosen a better company for my specific needs.
