Richard and his team have helped us with several home projects. We appreciate the care taken for detail and accuracy. We plan to use Access Handyman for future home project needs and would highly recommend!

Hired Richard to change an interior door. Communication was excellent throughout. He arrived on time, and an assistant arrived 15-20 minutes later. The door was hung evenly and well, but finishes were not done well--trimmed sides were not sanded, and paint was not applied neatly to the cut sides. Also, even though the project took less time than Richard estimated (2 hours instead of 3), he charged an extra 10% for 5-10 minutes of cleaning up the paint drips from the messy touch-up and added 7.5% tax. The total cost was ~20% over his quote.
