Comfort First Heating and Cooling

Took five days before they were able to come out in 95-100 degree temps. Tech was overbooked so rushed to get out as fast as possible and didn’t fix the issue. Company won’t answer calls until Monday morning, tech came out at 4:45 Friday evening after the office hours close so no one to call when he left and it wasn’t working still. Company won’t send a new tech out until next week. Unbelievably bad customer service. Would not send tech out to fix his error, made me go through home warranty to reschedule pushing back repairs another week. Have still not heard back from company to see when they will come fix the original problem. A large company like this should honor their work and not make a customer jump through hoops to get them to do their job. Takes time to respond to reviews but not schedule the work…. Also the thermostat was not faulty, clearly a different issue.

We have a commercial property and this company sent their technicians after receiving an order from our warranty to fix one of the AC units. The tech couldn't go up to the roof to check the outdoor unit and said that they don't do rooftop units, instead of fixing the one that has the issue, he played with another one on the ground that was working just fine and he said the contactor on that unit has to be replaced. After finishing his work and left, we were left with two unworking units and both places have no cooling at all!! I called the company to send their tech back to fix the one that was working before, but they were reluctant to do so and they said the unit is working properly! They claim that their goal is great customer service, well, accusing your customers of lying is bad customer service. My understanding of any good service provider is to make your customer satisfied to earn their business again and to spread the word, so in my case, instead of sending someone to fix the

Brad was great! My AC unit is back up and running. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and was fast with the repair. Comfort First informed me when he was at the property ahead of mine and I was notified by phone and email when the tech was on his way. Overall, a fantastic experience.
