Comfort First Heating and Cooling

Timeliness great...identified problem great...circulating fan motor needed replacement... sent fan housing assembly to shop to install new motor...however while reassembling unit shop technician did not clean blades.. Technician picked up unit from shop which still had accumulated dust on the blades and brought to.my house for reinstall with extremely dirty fan blades . When I suggested to clean.. Technicians stated that task would be maintenance and with a $262 additional charge. I INFORMED that the dust should have been re moved at shop during install of the motor when fan was being reassembled...and that the cleaning should have been included with the American Home Shield insurance policy. I called the Comfort First office to report my complaint..and the office then appropriately informed the technician to clean the unit with no additional charge. It's hard to get contractors these days that actually care about their customers and take pride I'm their work. I asked the technician

Brad seeviced our AC unit today and he was amazing! He arrived within our scheduled time frame, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain to my husband and I what the issue was and gave recommendations for future preventative services. He had our AC running within 30 to 45 minutes.
