Always been pleased with this company until we ran into issues with our unit. After installing a new compressor we were left with some surprises such as bolts and wires laying around our unit. Highly disappointed that the gentleman couldn’t clean after himself but instead left things around that could’ve simply been throw away.

Don't use the tune up service its scam. The guy came and broke my working heating unit. I reached out later to complain and they won't take responsibility and want me to pay them to get my heating unit fixed which they broke. I am going with someone else. Very unprofessional and unethical.

We moved into a new home and shortly after arriving the HVAC stopped running. We have a home warranty and the response was serviced by Adam Hurst of Comfort First . Adam was arriving late in the day and met the commitment to arrive even though the average work day had ended. Adam identified the issues and worked to resolve. After 4 hot days we were very pleased with Comfort First ad the chosen company but especially Adams kindness, quality and efficiency.
