We had Hardie siding sofit and facial installed. The team was outstanding. Very professional from the sales to general manager to finance department and the hard working institutions crew. We might pay a little more than a fly by night company but the piece of mind and warranty override the savings . Maybe in the long run it would cost more. We are extremely pleased with the results. TruGuard gave me exceptional service from beginning to end!! I contracted for a new walk-shower to replace old tub. Joseph Foley was my project manager and he kept me updated each week with status, supply order, etc. The communication was so awesome and showed how much he cared for his customers. Mark and Rich were the installers who worked hard all day and kept me updated. I was originally told the job might be a 2-day project. These guys were able to complete the job in one day since there were no issues and they were willing to work into early evening to complete this project for me. They were hard-working, diligent, professional and friendly!! What a wonderful group of dedicated professionals to work with and I would recommend them for your next project. TruGuard replaced the worn, crumbling cedar shakes on my home with new James Hardie shingle siding. They were very responsive and communicative, and they did an excellent job. I would hire them again for any home renovation work!
