Chad was very polite and went right to work. He did an thorough check on my system outside and inside. Explained everything to me so I could understand it. I'm a new customer and did my research on local companies with the best ratings. I wasn't disappointed! 1st call to Lindsey was great! She was so friendly and explained the process. Dispatch (I didn't get her name but she was great too!) then called to let me know the technician was on the way. Marty, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly determined why my AC wasn't throwing out any air. (I'd already done some research of my own to get an idea of what the problem might be so not to be potentially taken advantage of) Marty was spot on and had my house cooling off in about 15 minutes. The technician, Marty, was professional, on time, and a good guy to boot. He was able to resolve my issue quickly and my AC is once again producing cold air that will be needed in the upcoming days and into the summer. The office staff was also helpful and I received 2 phone calls AND a text regarding scheduling and arrival of Marty the day of the work. Overall, I am very happy with the McClintock operation.
