McClintock Heating and Cooling

Very happy with McClintock! We were using a different company that is very well known in Charlotte (MJ) but they were so expensive and suspiciously found issues every time they came. I called McClintock after a recommendation from a friend to get a second opinion and they were able to come out the same day. They did end up doing a part replacement but for almost half the price of what the other company quoted us. They also didn’t do any hard sell or try to scare us into doing any repairs immediately. Roger was out technician and he was so professional and kind! We will definitely be requesting him for our ongoing maintenance services or any time we need a repair. Matt made my proposal based on my windows and house size, he worked very quick and got me some options for a work order in less than a few hours. My AC went out during one of the hottest times of the year and they got me scheduled for install in less than 2 days. Jared and Ronald did an excellent job with their teams, had electrical and HVAC all same day they did the permits, electrical, etc. Before the day of the install they even sent a project planner out to inspect the area before install for correct dimensions. The pricing was competitive and fair, professional and extremely friendly people. Will recommend to all my close friends and family!

McClintock has been very responsive in addressing issues related to our HVAC system. Jesse was here right on time, was very thorough and professional and answered all my questions patiently. We opted to sign up for maintenance service contract with McClintock because of their trustworthiness in assessing our system and only recommending critical work that needed to be done. We had another contractor come in before we contacted McClintock and they were more interested in convincing us to replace all our HVAC units. McClintock (Jesse and Jaime) did a full analysis of our system and informed us that the units are operating well and there was no need for replacement. Thank you Jesse, Jaime and the McClintock team!
