MTB Mechanical

Came back from vacation to find a unit not running properly. MTB came out in timely fashion and replaced a capacitor. Technician was great. Price seems high for the materials and labor involved, but is probably competitive with other large HVAC companies. I also stated when I called that I would like to have our second unit looked at and charged with coolant, as I could tell it was in need. I was told that would be a second visit by a different tech and with additional visit or tuneup fee. When the tech came, to fix the broken unit he was kind enough to validate that the second unit was low and needed coolant. I called back to schedule the coolant charge for the second unit, and that's when the confusion began. The short of it is, if they were to return to charge the second system, there would have to be a second visit fee or a tuneup fee, which I never really understood in the first place, but was willing to pay. It seems to me that the first tech could have charged the system

Extremely professional , I used this Company a few years ago at my old property, I wanted to use them again for mine, because they never try to upsell me. Me very professional, polite, and shoes back you home without you asking for a service provider did this Alex explained everything he was going to do? This review is for my sister. I was present at her home at time of service. Our tech Damon was great and he fixed the problem with the ac system fast and was very helpful with what we can do to improve the over flow value to keep from backing up. I personally use MTB as well as my oldest sister. We are always impressed with the professionalism from service calls to ALL the technicians! They are always on the lookout for the customer.
